This Chia Seed Pudding is a great way to start the day. It's a satisfying, healthy breakfast that anyone can make.

Chia seeds are an antioxidant high in fiber, which can help lower high blood pressure and reduce your risk of developing heart disease. Plus, chia seeds are great for HYDRATION!


When you're hydrated you have more energy, can boost overall health, and feel fuller longer, so you can overcome food cravings.


You can stay hydrated not only with water, but with certain foods: chia seeds are excellent for hydration because they're rich in Omega-3s and they can absorb 9-10 times their weight in water.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 - 4 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup coconut milk (or other non-dairy milk)


PREPARATION:

  • Combine the chia and milk together and stir evenly.

  • Place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.

  • If the pudding comes out too thick for your liking, let it warm up a bit to loosen.

  • ENJOY!

I recommend topping your chia pudding with berries, granola, and maybe some cacao nibs.
